e-Commerce Operation Expert

Job Description:
  • Website Operations Management: Overseeing and executing both frontend and backend tasks, including day-to-day maintenance and ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Content & SEO Strategy Execution: Implementing content strategies aligned with marketing goals and executing SEO plans to boost visibility and performance.
  • User and Client Engagement: Addressing client and user inquiries professionally and promptly, alongside improving overall user experience.
  • Project Leadership: Coordinating website-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyzing website data, generating actionable reports, and recommending improvements.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Providing guidance to the operations team and fostering cross-department collaboration while supporting senior management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting, backend management tasks, web development, and SEO.
  • Core Skills: Demonstrating problem-solving, multitasking, analytical thinking, adaptability, and professionalism in various scenarios.
  • Learning & Growth: Eagerness to learn industry trends, adapt to tools and processes, and continually improve skills.
  • Additional Experience (Optional): Familiarity with team management, basic design tasks, and email marketing for campaign execution.
Required Skillset:
  • English: B2 - C1 level *Both Written and Spoken
  • Japanese: Native level *Both Written and Spoken
