Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd believes that protecting and controlling information assets and excellence in providing high-quality customer support services in accordance is our management philosophy and social responsibility.

We are committed to continuously improving our processes, technologies, and human resources to meet the requirements of TCMY’s interested parties, including of our clients, employees, business partners, vendor & supplier and local authorities.

TCMY Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy:

  1. Management System: Managing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure consistent service quality and the protection of information assets.
  2. Training and Awareness: Provide ongoing training and development to ensure employees are competent and aware of their responsibilities of the importance of information security and Quality Management.
  3. Personal Information Protection: For personal information handled in all of business, to manage accordance with our privacy policy that conforms to the Personal Information Protection Act.
  4. Monitoring and Improvement: To monitor and measure the performance of the IMS implementation e.g. Internal Audit, Risk Assessment etc. to ensure its effectiveness on yearly basis.
  5. Management of Supplier & Vendors: If we entrust the business to the outside, we will work to ensure supervision in order to maintain the information security level and quality of services provided.
  6. Customer Satisfaction: Our service is customized to meet the needs and expectations of our clients and achieves service excellence through customer surveys for continuous improvement.
  7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: We adhere to all applicable legal, regulatory, industry standards and Transcosmos code of conduct in all our activities.
